This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through the official Morgan & Belle online store. This policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within the United States.
Morgan & Belle is committed to maintaining transparency regarding shipping timelines, costs, and fulfillment procedures in accordance with applicable consumer protection standards and Google Merchant Center requirements.
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to physical residential and commercial addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to:

APO/FPO/DPO addresses

P.O. Boxes (where carrier restrictions apply)

Orders placed with unsupported addresses may be cancelled.
2. Order Cut-Off Time

Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (GMT-08:00, Los Angeles)
Orders placed:

Before 5:00 PM PST on a business day will begin processing the same business day.

After 5:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. federal holidays.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Handling time refers to the period between successful order placement and the moment the shipment is transferred to the carrier.
During this period, the following procedures take place:

Transfer to the designated shipping carrier
Orders are not processed, packaged, or dispatched on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Handling time begins on the first business day after the order is placed if submitted after the daily cut-off time.

Transit time refers to the delivery period after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–10 business days
The total estimated delivery timeframe is calculated as:
Handling Time (1–2 business days) + Transit Time (5–8 business days)
Delivery estimates are calculated from the date the order is placed and are based on the customer’s shipping location within the United States.
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:

Morgan & Belle does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
6. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping Cost: Free
Morgan & Belle provides free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
There are no standard shipping charges applied at checkout for U.S. deliveries.
Expedited shipping options are not currently offered unless otherwise specified at checkout.
7. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using established logistics providers. Final delivery may be completed by one of the following carriers:

Other regional or contracted carriers where necessary
Carrier selection is determined at our discretion based on destination, package size, and operational availability.
Once the package has been transferred to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
8. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Morgan & Belle is a United States–registered business located in Delaware.
To support operational efficiency and inventory management, products may be shipped directly from international fulfillment facilities or manufacturing partners.
All delivery timelines displayed at checkout reflect the complete estimated timeframe required for delivery to the United States.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that fulfillment may occur from an international warehouse location.
9. Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and ensuring availability to receive the package where signature or secure delivery is required.
10. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
For shipments entering the United States, orders may qualify under the current U.S. de minimis threshold for duty-free entry.
However, customs regulations are subject to change. If import duties, taxes, or fees are assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, those charges are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.
Morgan & Belle is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Refused deliveries

Unclaimed packages

Failure to retrieve packages from carrier pickup locations

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
12. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed:

Morgan & Belle is not liable for carrier-related delays once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
