This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the official Morgan & Belle online store and delivered within the United States.

Morgan & Belle is committed to maintaining clear and transparent return procedures in accordance with applicable consumer protection standards and Google Merchant Center policies.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within the United States.

Returns are accepted for:

  • Defective products

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect products

  • Non-defective products (including change of mind)

All returns must comply with the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  2. The item must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  3. The product must be returned in its original condition, including:

    • Original packaging

    • All tags attached

    • Accessories (if applicable)

  4. The item must not show:

    • Signs of wear

    • Odors (e.g., perfume, smoke)

    • Stains or damage

    • Alterations

    • Pet hair or contamination

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Morgan & Belle reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

3. Return Window

Customers may initiate a return within:

30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

After 30 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

The return window begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery.

4. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

We do not offer:

  • In-store returns

  • Drop-off return locations

Customers must contact customer support before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Return Address & Fulfillment Location

Morgan & Belle is a U.S.-registered company located in Delaware. However, orders are fulfilled through international distribution partners.

Important:
All approved returns must be shipped to our designated international distribution center in Asia.

Returns sent to our administrative office in Delaware will not be processed.

The correct return address will be provided by customer support after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

6. Return Shipping Costs

A. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the product is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Morgan & Belle will assume responsibility for resolving the issue.

Resolution may include:

  • Replacement shipment, or

  • Refund to the original payment method

Customers may be asked to provide photographs to verify the issue.

Return shipping instructions will be provided if a return is required.

B. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

If the return is due to:

  • Size preference

  • Color preference

  • Style preference

  • General dissatisfaction

The customer is responsible for:

  • The full cost of return shipping

  • Any applicable international shipping charges

Return labels are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees (if any were charged) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Morgan & Belle is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 30-day return window.

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size changes

  • Color changes

  • Style changes

For exchanges due to personal preference:

  • The original item must first be returned (at the customer’s expense).

  • The replacement item will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

8. Inspection & Approval Process

Once the returned item is received at our distribution facility:

  1. The item will undergo inspection.

  2. Eligibility will be verified based on the return conditions.

  3. Customers will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.

Morgan & Belle reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

9. Refund Processing

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please note:

  • Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in the customer’s account.

  • Refund timing beyond our processing period is determined by the payment provider.

Refunds are issued in USD (United States Dollars).

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Items not in new condition

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Items that show signs of use or alteration

Additional exclusions may apply where required by hygiene or safety regulations.

11. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return procedure will apply.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Morgan & Belle directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Submitting a chargeback without first attempting resolution through customer support may delay the resolution process.
